Jennifer Fawcett (agileproductowner.com) attended last weeks Scaled Agile Framework certification class in Boulder. While the primary topic of the framework certification is the application of its principles and practices at enterprise scale, we returned to the topic of the importance of leadership (your enterprise can be no leaner than your executives thinking…..) a number of times. Evidently, this inspired Jennifer to opine on the topic. I think she makes a number of good points On How Leaders Inspire.
